Not a Tale of Two Cities but of Two Worlds

We are living in a very divided county, one that I hurt for. The flag I pledge to stands for “liberty and justice for all” and the God I believe in, which so many say they also believe in, IS LOVE, and yet hate has taken hold of so many, of so much.

This article below from the pages of The Washington Post reminds me of this tale of two worlds playing itself out. Of course these worlds have always co-existed, but the divide between them seems to be growing deeper, and uglier.
“This is the tale of two Christian sports personalities, one of whom is the darling of the American church while the other is reviled. And their differences reveal much about the brand of Christianity preferred by many in the church today.”
